FAQ

Why should I choose clickaccidents.co.uk?

Click Accidents provide you with a quick, professional service.  Whilst you are welcome, you don't need to come into the office - most matters are dealt with by post, email or over the telephone. Home, Work, Hospital and out of hours/weekend visits can be arranged.  We will use our expertise, skill and experience to complete your case as quickly as possible but never at the expense of ensuring maximum compensation for you.

Are you a "Claims Management Company"?

Certaintly Not! Click Accidents Is An Online Trading Style of Barnetts Solicitors, Authorised and Regulated By The Solicitors Regulation Authority Registered Number 67445.

We have been recovering accident compensation for our clients for over 20 years and our specialist accident compensation solicitors and fee earners have over 50 years collective experience in accident compensation claims.

Unlike claims Management Companies - when you deal with us,’you are dealing with a solicitor. We will always advise you properly - even if it means telling you that you are unlikely to suceed in your claim for compensation. Who else would do this?

Unlike claims Management Companies (and some insurance companies) - we do not take your details, then sell them to the highest bidder - your details will remain safe with us -always.

Unlike claims Management Companies - we do not try and charge you at the end of the case.

How much compensation will I receive?

This depends on the extent of your injuries. Click on "what’s it worth" or speak to one of our Solicitors on 0800 877 8978 or to chat to a Solicitor online.

Our team of specialist accident compensation solicitors will recover past and future loss of earnings and all other expenses as well as damages for pain and suffering.

How much will this cost me?

Absolutely nothing! We work for YOU on a "No Win, No Fee" basis.

Provided you see it through, We recover all costs from the other side.

Do I get a referral fee/advance on my damages?

Yes, one or the other - the choice is yours - as long as you sign a referral agreement and terms and conditions of business (but only after we have accepted your case of course). A referral fee can be paid outright on admission of responsibility from your opponent - or - an advance on damages can be paid on acceptance of case.

The advantage of an “advance” is that you are paid earlier. The disadvantage is that it comes off your damages at the end.

On the other hand, the referral fee is payable some time after the case has been accepted – but will be yours to keep.

Either way though, as a condition, all we ask in return is that you see the case through to the end
